Revecore Expanded Financial Wellness With On-Demand Pay
Revecore had strong retirement benefits in place — the next step was giving employees a better way to manage the here and now. Here's how on-demand pay became a new layer in Revecore’s financial wellness strategy.

"We wanted something that could help our employees right now, not just down the road. Tapcheck was the clear fit — a real, here- and- now tool for financial wellness."
Wellness, Beyond the 401(k)
Revecore already had the long-term pieces of financial wellness in place. On-demand pay added a layer for the day-to-day, and gave the company a reason to expand what wellness means for its workforce.

Paycheck to Paycheck, With Real Bills Due
Revecore's HR team knew their 401(k) and retirement offerings were doing their job for the long term. But for employees living paycheck to paycheck, retirement planning can feel out of reach when a car repair or medical bill shows up unannounced. And those bills don't wait for payday.
Without on-demand pay, the common workarounds — payday loans, credit card debt, borrowing from family — all come with their own costs, whether that's interest, fees, or strain on a relationship. Revecore set out to give employees a healthier way to access money they'd already earned, on a predictable schedule, with no repayment cycle attached.
76% of Americans say they need help between paychecks. Revecore saw that reality in its own workforce and went looking for a way to help.
A New Layer of Financial Wellness
Tapcheck became a key part of Revecore's more holistic view of employee wellness. It sits alongside newer additions like pet insurance, part of a broader effort to support how employees actually live, not just their long-term savings goals. For employees who want more flexibility day-to-day, on-demand pay met them where they were.
Zero Payroll Disruption, Even Mid-Transition
Revecore had only been live on ADP Lyric for a few months, when it brought Tapcheck on board. So the HR operations team wanted to be sure the rollout wouldn’t add any complexity to payroll.
The rollout took about a month from kickoff to launch, a timeline Revecore set on its own to hit a specific November go-live date. Tapcheck’s team stayed hands-on throughout, troubleshooting and walking Revecore’s payroll team through exactly what to expect and how funds would flow in — meaningful support to a team juggling other new systems at the same time.
Quiet, Hands-Off, and Working
Since launch, Tapcheck has required almost no ongoing attention from Revecore's HR team. When something does come up, like a feed that didn't update on schedule, it's typically resolved within a business day.
For any team running payroll, that consistency and timeliness matters. A benefit that runs in the background, without adding to the workload, is the outcome every HR team hopes for its payroll counterparts.
Usage Across the Spectrum
Revecore expected its lowest-wage earners to be the primary users of on-demand pay. Instead, adoption showed up across the full range of pay levels. That spread points to something beyond a paycheck gap: employees at every level value the flexibility and the peace of mind that comes with knowing early access is there if they need it.
52% of users transfer at least once a month, and Revecore employees have accessed $1.1mm in earned wages since launch. And best of all, it's required little to no upkeep on from Revecore's side, freeing the HR team to focus on other priorities. Few questions, few complaints — just a benefit that works.
On-demand pay has also become part of the conversation with new hires. It's one more way Revecore can show incoming employees that the company supports their financial wellbeing from day one.
